Within 24 hours, all the details from each property are reviewed and processed by our in-house underwriters and team in order to provide options/offers individualized to the seller and current state law. If approved, multiple creative options/offers will be sent to the agent/realtor. 

How the Process Works

Feedback & Overview Session

After reviewing the creative options, the client, in consultation with their agent/realtor, will select a preferred option.
